Joy M. Pooler, CEcD - Vice President, Association Operations & Sponsorship
A Certified Economic Developer, Ms. Pooler has been an association management executive and raised significant sponsorship funds for associations for the past three years. Prior to joining the association management team, Ms. Pooler served on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Economic Development Association and as Dean of the Economic Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma for four years. She continues to serve on the board of the International Economic Development Institute.

Edmond P. Rondeau, AIA, IFMA Fellow - Vice President, Association Operations & Education
Mr. Rondeau has been involved with professional associations for over 20 years in volunteer leadership roles and for the past four years as a senior staff executive. His roles have included board positions for education foundations and certifying institutions, as well as directing the global operations of a large professional association with 50 chapters worldwide. Among the positions held by Mr. Rondeau prior to becoming a staff executive were: Director of Consulting Services, Johnson Controls, Inc.; Manager, Corporate Real Estate, Contel Corp.; Vice President, Real Estate & Construction, Arby’s Inc.; and Construction Manager, The Coca-Cola Company.
In addition, Mr. Rondeau has served in several significant volunteer leadership roles such as international president, board member and chairman of the foundation of an 18,000-member global association. Mr. Rondeau holds a BS in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA in Real Estate from Georgia State University.
