THE NEED
Typically the leaders of non-profit organizations come together with great enthusiasm for their mission but with little understanding of the complexities of functioning in a non-profit environment. In order to maximize its effectiveness, non-profit leadership must be knowledgeable about unique legal issues, skillful in rallying the support of volunteers with varied interests and able to bring volunteers and staff together to create an effective team.
Most non-profit organizations are extraordinary in that there are two organizational structures: first, the volunteer board and committees and second, paid employees, who work with the board and committees to implement strategy and policy. Because of its experience as both volunteer and staff leaders, The Medallion Group team understands these intricacies and is effective in optimizing the fulfillment of an organization’s mission.

On behalf of these organizations, the staff has managed conferences to promote infrastructure, economic and business development in France, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Republic of Ireland, Saudi Arabia, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Philippines, Australia, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and Canada, as well as the United States.
